Microsoft Dynamics GP has a very easy to use import and export function that allows you to create an unlimited number of budgets in GP. A budget wizard allows easy creation and updating of budgets in GP, based on amounts you have in Excel.

Forecast and Plan in GP

Microsoft Forecaster allows you to build and adjust budgets to take account of variable market conditions and stay on course with business objectives. The application is very easy to learn and apply as it has the look and feel of an Excel spreadsheet.

Create accurate, high-level plans instantly by automatically spreading increases and decreases across each of your planning periods, using accurate, up-to-date data pulled directly from the General Ledger in Microsoft Dynamics GP. These can then be shared across the management team via a Web-based interface.

Other collaboration features include automatic e-mail notification of upcoming deadlines and a centralised location for posting guidelines. Forecasts and budgets can be easily revised to accommodate changes in the business climate. Customisable workflow features help keep budget contributors on track. Business managers can see at a glance how their departments are progressing with 22 Microsoft Dynamics GP BI budget input goals. Pre-defined security assignments and routings ensure your sensitive data are safeguarded and shared only on a need-to-know basis.
